Deze heb ik hier onder de naam Crocus crewei uit de stal van Janis 2015 . Met de hulp van een stolpje kon ik vandaag deze foto's nemen ....
Dit is wat Janis op Facebook vertelde in 2 tussenkomsten bij posts van Ruben :
"Crewei - more resembles stevensii, but must to check leaves and basal rings. True crewei must be with black anthers, but may be there are forms with yellow anthers, too, but I didn't see such. Of course pictures in most cases are not the best for identification in crocuses."
Even later :
Correct name - Crocus stevensii. I grew it as crewei (got from Archibald under this name) for many years, The name was changed only in 2016, when I found serious features separating it from typical C. crewei and named it after Norman Stevens, who collected this crocus together with Jim. C. stevensii has dark connectives, occasionally they are light but anthers are yellow. C. crewei has black anthers (pollen sacks) before dehiscing.
