Dear friends,

for our fall reading on 17 November (see here: http://www.vrvforum.be/?p=1949) we have some important practical comments! Cliff will partake in three outstanding lectures. The duration of the lectures will run until 3:45 p.m. the day instead of the usual 15h00.

To this day as efficiently as possible, we ask you to all promptly at 10 am in the auditorium to be present, there will be during breaks and at the end of the day surely time enough left over for a cozy chat further.

The course of the day is as follows:

1 / Start at 10h00 sharp! - "Introduction by the Chairman"

2 / 10:05 to 11:25 - "The definitive Dolomites"

3 / 11:25 to 11:45 - "Questions + close forenoon"

4 / 11:45 to 12:45 - "food + raffle sales" (we will for a time continue to eat in the auditorium, so we gain some time, since we do not "move" should do)

5 / 12:45 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. - "Alpine showing"

6 / 2:00 p.m. to 3:05 p.m. - "Cream of Alpines"

7 / 3:10 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. - "Raffle Draw" (this time we will trek pass in the peristyle (the main hall for the auditorium), so shall it be less drumming on the stairs)
